How do I sign up for a Vroom Car Wash membership?
You can join online or in person at our Fort Myers location. It takes less than a minute and you’re ready to wash unlimited.
When will I be billed?
Memberships renew automatically every month on the same date you joined. No need to remember—it’s hands-off.
How often can I wash?
As often as you like. If we’re open, you’re welcome to pull in.
How do I cancel or manage my membership?
Log in to your account anytime to pause, cancel, or update your plan. No contracts. No calls. No stress.
Do I need a sticker or pass for access?
Nope. We use License Plate Recognition (LPR) for instant entry—your plate is your pass.
What if I get a new car or license plate?
Just update your info online or stop by and our team will help. It takes seconds.
Is there a discount for multiple vehicles?
Yes. Add more cars with our Family Plan and get $5 off per vehicle.
Do you offer fleet plans for businesses?
Absolutely. We provide custom packages for dealerships, service teams, and commercial fleets.
Are the vacuums and interior tools free?
Yes. Every wash includes free access to vacuums, microfiber towels, air guns, cleaners, and more.
Do you offer interior detailing?
We’re an express exterior wash, but we provide everything you need to clean your interior yourself—free and on-site.
What vehicles fit in the tunnel?
We accept most cars, trucks, and SUVs. Max height: 84″. No hitches, oversized gear, or roof racks.
Is your wash safe for electric vehicles?
Yes. Our tunnel is fully EV-compatible and touchless.
Do you ever close due to weather?
We close temporarily during unsafe weather or maintenance—but we’ll keep you posted on socials and signage.
